Working with The USA Olympic Men's Water Polo team on their 2012 road to London was nothing short of a dream. Helping them with their nutrition during and after practices was an awesome experience to be a part of.

I posted the pictures below extra large. You're welcome.

Thousand Oaks resident Kelly Baker is scheduled to share her recipes with celebrity chef Bobby Flay and the Food Network-viewing public Sunday during an episode of “Grill It! with Bobby Flay.”

Baker, 22, graduated from Thousand Oaks High School in 2006. She graduated in June from the Art Institute of California - Los Angeles in Santa Monica, where she earned culinary and restaurant management degrees.

She was among more than 5,000 people who submitted video applications to appear on the show, which follows Flay as he visits accomplished grillers with original recipes to share.

Slated to debut at 10:30 a.m. Sunday and to repeat at 2:30 p.m. Monday, Baker’s episode is titled “Party Like a Lobster.” It includes recipes for lobster-pinto salad, lobster taco al carbone, pineapple chile margarita and Kelly’s Off Your Rocker Bananas Foster.

“I really enjoy making desserts,” said Baker, who has worked as a pastry chef at Firenze Osteria in North Hollywood and next month will enter the pastry program at the French Culinary Institute in New York.
Recipes from the episode already are available on the website at http://www.foodnetwork.com.

Kelly, I saw that show and the recipe I'd like is for YOUR lobster and the summer salad you put underneath! I looked amazing!
